Position Summary :
We are seeking Cocktail Servers to provide an excellent guest experience. The successful candidates will be able to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, propose drink menu suggestions based on customers’ preferences and current promotions, and maintain a clean and stocked workstation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous beverage refreshment service to guests.
- Take orders, serve drinks, and collect payment while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and any new products.
- Understand and adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar and tables.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation, obtain and maintain a Florida gaming license.
Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, and Certifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certificate is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
The role requires prolonged standing, carrying trays of beverages, and interacting with the public under varying conditions. The ability to function in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
